OpenCanvas is a painting software dedicated to Windows Operating System, that is suitable to beginners to advanced users. I usually use OpenCanvas from Portal Graphics as my photomanipulation software(not the Steam version), as it loads instantly and starts on a new project instantly compared to Adobe's not so instant way of doing things. ArtRage is used to run $100+ till he consolidated all ArtRage versions to one version and put it on Steam.
